Posture apps compared

You want something to tell you when you slouch, and there is more than one way to get it: a sensor you wear, your AirPods, or your computer's camera. I've spent 21 years hunched over laptops, and I make Poxture, so I'm not neutral. These pages stick to what each maker says on its own site or App Store page, and each comparison links every fact to it.

How I check these pages

Every fact about another product comes from its maker's own site or its App Store listing, read on the date at the top of the page. Prices change, so check the maker's website before you buy.

If something here is wrong or out of date, write to support@poxture.com and I'll fix it.

Questions

Which posture app should I choose?

Pick by what you already use most. If you'd rather wear something, Upright GO buzzes on your back. If you wear AirPods all day, Posture Pal uses them. If you work on Windows or Linux, SitApp runs there. If you sit at an Apple Silicon Mac, Poxture uses its camera and needs nothing else.

Are these comparisons independent?

No. I make Poxture. That's why every fact about the others names its source, the maker's own website, so you can check it.
