Refund policy

If Poxture isn't right for you, you get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to ask

• Write to support@poxture.com from the email address you bought with, or reply to your receipt from Dodo Payments.
• Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, returns the full amount, tax included, to the way you paid. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
• Your licence is cancelled when the refund is made.

After 30 days

Write to us anyway. If Poxture doesn't work on your Mac, we'll help, and we'll look at a refund request fairly.

Poxture is sold by Shyam Verma, an individual in India, through Dodo Payments.
